1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jjwen website at jjwen.org (the "Platform"), or by registering a player account with jjwen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the jjwen Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotional offers published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not permitted to access or use the jjwen Platform or any services offered through it. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jjwen (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). References to "jjwen" throughout this document refer to the entity operating the Platform at jjwen.org.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on jjwen, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjwen strictly prohibits access to and use of its services by any person under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on jjwen or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jjwen or any of its affiliated entities, suppliers, or software providers.

jjwen reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where such proof is not provided within a reasonable period as specified by jjwen, the account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending verification. Any winnings generated by a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria — including the 21+ age requirement — may be voided and any deposited amounts returned at jjwen's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jjwen services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jjwen at any time. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension. All balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwen account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jjwen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify jjwen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jjwen is required to conduct identity verification procedures consistent with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jjwen for verification purposes, including government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restriction of account functionality, including suspension of withdrawal access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjwen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwen does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jjwen account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on inter-bank processing times. jjwen does not apply additional charges on deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction fees for which jjwen accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jjwen's finance team, typically within one hour for verified accounts during standard processing hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. jjwen reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jjwen may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to the remaining balance of a dormant account following written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jjwen offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits, from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and over only.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus credits expire on the date specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• jjwen reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and any winnings derived from them where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a bonus offer, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or deliberate exploitation of a technical error.
• jjwen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable terms at the time of crediting.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jjwen — including cricket, PSL markets, table tennis, and other available markets — are accepted subject to jjwen's published betting rules. A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is generated. In the event of a dispute over whether a bet was placed or accepted, the record held in jjwen's system shall be considered definitive.

6.2 Odds and Errors

jjwen makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times. In the event that an obvious pricing error occurs — including odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market at the time of the bet — jjwen reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the player's account. Bets placed on erroneous odds with the apparent intent to exploit the error may be voided without return of stake.

6.3 Live Dealer & RNG Games

All casino games available on jjwen, including live dealer tables and RNG slot titles, operate under the rules of the respective game as defined by the game provider. jjwen acts as a reseller of gaming content and is not responsible for technical interruptions originating from the game provider's infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the rules of the relevant game provider shall govern the outcome.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

jjwen may impose maximum winnings limits on individual bets, single gaming sessions, or cumulative daily/weekly periods. Where a maximum winnings cap applies, any amount exceeding the stated limit will be forfeited. Maximum limits applicable to specific markets or products will be published in the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwen and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, to circumvent the one account policy or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering, to fund a jjwen account.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or exploiting pricing errors with the knowledge that such errors exist.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud, including reversing deposits after claiming promotional bonuses.
• Attempting to access the accounts, systems, or data of other players or jjwen personnel without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjwen staff or other users through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

jjwen is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The Company acknowledges that gambling, while an entertaining leisure activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings at no charge and without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of the time elapsed during their current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access, available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion, which disables their jjwen account for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. jjwen recommends contacting a qualified counselling service and reviewing the responsible gaming resources available through internationally recognised organisations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwen Platform, including but not limited to the jjwen name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, user interface designs, software code, and all other proprietary materials (collectively, the "Content"), is the intellectual property of jjwen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the express prior written consent of jjwen. Unauthorised use of any Content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwen, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if jjwen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jjwen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjwen account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwen does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Privacy & Data

jjwen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

jjwen may be required by applicable law or by its licensing obligations to share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units. Such disclosure will be made in compliance with applicable legal requirements and jjwen's AML policies. Outside of legally mandated disclosures, jjwen does not sell, rent, or share personal player data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jjwen account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by jjwen

jjwen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful toward jjwen staff or other players.

Where an account is closed by jjwen for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be voided. Real-money deposits may be returned at jjwen's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation.

13. Amendments to Terms

jjwen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jjwen will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the revised Terms taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the jjwen Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which jjwen holds its operating licence. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jjwen's right to bring proceedings against you in any court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
